In any situation, we reserve the right to return the products, product exchange
and issue a refund. Except for damage caused by the company’s mistake,
the product can be substituted
For gemstones, Phya stone is made entirely of natural stones.
Natural marks in the rock are possible. Not marks caused by
the manufacturing process. The warranty does not apply to exchange.
If the bangles or bracelets do not fit, you can send back for a size change within 7 days. (Thai customer)
For foreigner, you can let us know within 7 days and send back for a size change as soon as possible.
**Shipping fee of returning a product for exchange is complimentary once per order.
After the first return per order, you will be charged the shipping fee.
